We exist to provides physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and scientific health education, training, and support through printed materials, multimedia projects, social networking, retreats, seminars and lectures, and all other future media types that may be developed.

The methods we use include providing instruction, in person and online, in all aspects, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, of healthful living. We do this through providing written materials for use to engage in the promotion and participation of healthful living. We also provide multimedia based materials for participants to engage in the promotion and participation of healthful living
